I want to compliment your staff on their professionalism, courtesy and care in my recent piano move. They called to alert us of an earlier arrival time and were very pleasant and professional on the phone. Although I was not at home, the person at my house who observed the process said they took great care in checking to be sure they didn’t scratch floors or woodwork. My house is undergoing renovation and is far from pristine at this point in time, yet they still made the effort.

Next time I need a piano moved (!!!) I will be sure to call you.
